I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 15 years of postgraduate experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
Together, we explore what’s troubling you and find meaningful ways to work through feelings of loss, anger, sadness, loneliness, or despair. My first priority is building a trusting relationship so I can truly understand your unique situation.
I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Washington. My experience draws from social service agencies, educational settings, and disability programs. I currently work with adults aged 18 and above.

As someone living with Type I diabetes and a disability, I deeply understand the emotional impact of chronic medical conditions including grief, anger, and depression. This perspective allows me to connect with clients on a deeper level and support them in building a more engaged and fulfilling life.

In my spare time I enjoy long walks, sewing quilts for a nonprofit, and watercolor painting.
